How to change your email on MailPound
Go to MailPound.com and be sure you are logged in. Under the My
Account menu, select Change Email Address.

How to register for MailPound
Go to MailPound.com and click on Register in the top right hand
corner of the page.

How to update your profile
Go to MailPound.com and be sure you are logged in. Under the My
Account menu, select Profile. There are 4 sections to your
profile: Contact Information, Personal Information, Email
Options, and Branding Information. Click on each of the buttons
on Profile page to update each of these sections. Be sure to
click on SUBMIT at the bottom of each section to save your
changes.

How to select which types of emails I receive from MailPound
Go to MailPound.com and be sure you are logged in. Under the My
Account menu, select Profile. Click on the Email Options button
and update your email preferences. Be sure to click on SUBMIT at
the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Why do I need to verify my email?
When you register for MailPound or change an email address on
your account, we automatically send a request to that email for
you to verify that we have the right address. To finish the
process, just click on the verification link in the email. If
you don't verify your address, you will not have access to
MailPound's features.

How to upload your picture and agency logo
Photo
Go to MailPound.com and be sure you are logged in. Under the My
Account menu, select Profile. Click on the Branding Information
button. Scroll down until you see the Photo section. Click on
UPLOAD PHOTO.
Agency Logo
Go to MailPound.com and be sure you are logged in. Under the My
Account menu, select Profile. Click on the Branding Information
button. Scroll down until you see the Agency Logo section. Click
on UPLOAD AGENCY LOGO.

How to find and view recorded webinars
Go to MailPound.com and be sure you are logged in. Under the
Webinar menu select On Demand Webinars. Webinars are listed by
most recent. If you are looking for a specific webinar, you may
use the drop down menu to see webinars by supplier.

How to view a webinar On Demand
Find the webinar you would like to view and click on VIEW
WEBINAR under the webinar description. Your information should
be in the fields on the next page. If any of the required fields
are blank, please complete. Click on Enter Seminar.

How to share a promotion using 1-Click Send
From either the emailed promotion you receive from MailPound or
from the promotion you find on MailPound.com, use the 1-Click
Send option that can be found at the top of the promotion. Click
on the envelope icon to share via email or the corresponding
social media icon you would like to share it to.
For email
Subject line: you can either use the default
subject line that already populates the field or change it to
something else.
Your Name: this tells the recipient who the
email is from.
Recipients: add the email address or addresses
of the recipients. If sending to more than one email address,
separate the email addresses with a space.
Add Recipients to Address Book: Check this box
if you would like MailPound to save these recipient email
addressed in an Address Book for your future use.
Send a copy to my email address: Check this box
if you would like a copy of the promotion you are sending sent
to you.
Agree to anti-spam regulations*
*If you need to change the Agency Name
and Address that is showing in the anti-spam message, use the
Click here to update my information. Update your information. If
you would like this information saved to your profile for future
sends, check off Save to Profile.
Click Save.
You may Preview the promotion before sending it
by clicking the Preview button.
Click Send Email button to send the promotion.
For Social Media
Once you click on the corresponding social media icon you would
like to share to, you will be redirected to that social media
site to post the promotion.

How to share a supplier eBrochure in a
Personal Travel Planner
Go to MailPound.com and be sure you are logged in. Under the
eBrochures menu select All eBrochures. From the Brochure Rack
select which brochure you would like to send. Use the Personal
Travel Planner option that can be found at the top of the eBrochure.
Add a cover letter, additional eBrochures, offers and/or videos.
Once your Personal Travel Planner is complete, click
on the envelope icon to share via email or the corresponding
social media icon you would like to share it to.
For email

Videos menu. Search the videos by supplier or name of video.
Select which video you would like to send. Use the Personal

Personal Travel Planner vs. 1-Click Send
A 1-Click Send means you are sharing an individual promotion,
eBrochure or video. A Personal Travel Planner allows you to
share numerous promotions, ebrochures and videos from a supplier
along with a letter to your client/clients in a custom planner.

Brochure Rack
Register for Virtual Brochure Rack
Go to MailPound.com and be sure you are logged in. Under the My
Account menu, select Virtual Brochure Rack. This will take you
to a page where you can register, view a sample Brochure Rack,
see the suppliers whose brochures are available on Brochure
Rack, testimonials from other agents, pricing and help videos.

How to modify my Virtual Brochure Rack
Go to MailPound.com and be sure you are logged in. Under the My
Account menu, select Virtual Brochure Rack. On the next page,
click on View Brochure Racks. Click on the Edit link in the
Brochure Rack you would like to modify.

How can I upload my agency logo?
Go to MailPound.com, My Account, Profile and then click on
Branding Information. Scroll to middle of the page and you will
see a section for uploading your logo.

Branding Information. Scroll to middle of the page and you will
see a section for uploading your picture.

How can I include links to my social media websites?
Go to MailPound.com, My Account, Profile and then click on
Branding Information. You will find a section that has the
header, ADD SOCIAL MEDIA ICONS AT THE TOP OF ALL EMAILS SENT TO
CLIENTS.

How can I choose what contact information is displayed?
Go to MailPound.com, My Account, Profile and then click on
Branding Information. The very first section reads: SET THE
DEFAULT CONTACT INFORMATION DISPLAYED AT THE TOP OF ALL EMAILS
SENT TO CLIENTS.

How can I change the default letter that is included on all planners?
To change the letter for ALL planners you share, go to
MailPound.com, My Account, Profile and then click on Branding
Information. Scroll towards the bottom of the page and you will
see a field for editing your cover letter.

How can I modify the default letter for a specific planner?
To modify the letter for a specific planner, once you click on
Create Personal Travel Planner from a promotion, eBrochure or
Video, the Travel Planner editor will open. You will see an icon
for Edit Cover Letter.

How can I select what to include in the planner?
Once you click on Create Personal Travel Planner from an offer,
eBrochure or Video, the Travel Planner editor will open. From
this page, you can add or remove offers, eBrochures or Videos.

What if the supplier I want to share doesn’t have a current offer or video?
If a supplier does not have an active offer or video, the icons
in the Travel Planner editor will be gray.
|

What happens if an offer expires after I share the planner?
Once an offer expires, it is removed from your planner, even if
you have already shared the planner. You will not need to worry
about your clients looking at expired promotions.

How do I preview my planner before sharing?
Once you add the promotions, eBrochures and/or Videos to your
planner, click on Preview Planner in the Travel Planner editor.

Can I email a planner to a group?
Absolutely! And we will send to each email address separately so
no address is copied or blind-copied. Once you add the
promotions, eBrochures and/or Videos to your planner, click on
the icon with the envelope on it in the Travel Planner editor, type
recipients, email addresses or import emails from your Address
Book. Separate each email address with a space. Click Send
Email.

How do I share a planner to social media?
Once you add the promotions, eBrochures and/or Videos to your
planner, click on the Social Media Icon you would like to share
to.

How do I know if anyone viewed the planner?
Go to MailPound.com, My Account, Project Center. Find the
planner you sent and click on the Tracking icon.
