Go to a craft or fabric store, buy a yard of the ugliest, multi-colored fabric you can find and a package of tie-on manila tags. Cut fabric into 3" x 18" strips. Put your name and cell phone number on one side, and number the tags 1 of 4, 2 of 4, 3 of 4, etc.(number of pieces of luggage) Tie one strip of fabric and one manila tag to each piece of your luggage, and a piece of the fabric to your hand baggage. I've been doing this for years and have always found my luggage in less than a minute,
